SUMMARY:Guided Forest Therapy
DESCRIPTION:Join Certified Forest Therapist\, Sharon Lohse\, to experience a forest therapy walk designed to increase sensory awareness in nature\, increase health by decreasing stress and anxiety by wandering slowly through the forests.  Learners will learn what a “sit spot ” is\, experience a number of invitations creativity exploring nature and end each class with a tea ceremony. \nAdmission is $30/session per person. DESCRIPTION:Come discover the briefly blooming beauties of spring on our wildflower walk.  These flowers\, known as ephemerals due to their short bloom period are found in woodland that have yet to sprout their leaves and are usually gone by June. We’ll take a walk through our woods and around our pond to search out these wonderful plants.  Wear sturdy shoes and meet at the visitor center at 2pm.  $5 members  $10 non-members.  \nRegister HERE!
