We’re looking for enthusiastic adults who are passionate about environmental education\, enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities\, and are eager to learn and grow as educators. \nThis training is perfect whether you’re a returning naturalist looking to expand your skills and program knowledge\, or just starting and excited to get involved in environmental education. Training will prepare participants to lead engaging\, interactive programs that support our mission of inspiring a love and understanding of the natural world. Applicants should be flexible\, dependable\, able to walk on uneven terrain while carrying supplies\, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. \nTraining is free. Get up close and personal with Spring Peepers\, Leopard Frogs\, Green Frogs\, and many other local amphibians. You’ll also meet Pickles\, our Australian Tree Frog!  Warm spring evenings are filled with the sounds of these fascinating animals\, so grab your boots and a flashlight\, and join our naturalists for a frog hunt. All frogs are carefully caught and released.   \nMembers $5\, Non-members $10.   \nSpace is limited to 20 participants to prevent a negative impact on frog habitats\, so register early!
