DESCRIPTION:Join us for our 10th Annual Earth Day Celebration. Get up close and personal to animals from turtles to birds of prey during our Wild Encounters Live! \nThis year’s art contest theme is Wild Portraits: Faces of Nature. Find out how to participate and by when to submit your artwork on this page. \n12:00-1:00 p.m.  Reptile Roundup\nEmily Groth\, our resident reptile expert\, will share adaptations and myths about reptiles and provide up-close introductions to the reptiles that call Honey Hollow Nature Center home. \n1:00-1:30 p.m.  Break\nBring a picnic\, explore our nature center\, take an invigorating walk on one of our trails\, or relax in the bird blind and watch the action! \n1:30-2:30 p.m.  Animals with Briar Bush Nature Center\nYou don’t have to go to another country or even a zoo to see exciting animals; we have them right here in our own backyard! In this program\, you’ll meet animals from here in Pennsylvania and learn why they are worthy of some hometown pride. \nMembers: $10 for one session; $15 for both\nNon-Members: $20 for one session; $30 for both \nPurchase your tickets here.
