Description
Join us for a relaxing, guided nature walk and create a small horticultural craft project focusing on the sensory aspects of herbs.
Experience how being outdoors can decrease stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being, all while supporting physical fitness.
The visual connection with nature, the presence of water, dynamic and diffuse lighting, and spatial patterns support a natural sense of refuge, mystery, or awe that we all need.
A small horticultural craft project will follow the 45-minute nature walk.
Participants should be able to walk for at least 45 minutes and manage rough terrain.
All materials are included in the program fee.
